Patrão Construction – Morada dos Ipês Residential Complex Real Estate
A construction challenge becomes a project’s advantage.
The project was developed from the entrepreneur’s interest in building residential apartment units in a lot located in a region of Curitiba with growing potential, easily reachable from the city center, close to the Ecoville region and with an excellent view of the city.
The challenge was to use the high construction potential of the lot, with a proposal of lower construction cost, targeted at a demanding public when it comes to quality. The construction program, developed together with the architects and the entrepreneur, defined some strategic advantages, since the area already had a few popular housing complexes.
The proposal prioritized the building’s location, whether in the solar orientation aspects of apartments, or the visual permeability between towers. Seeking a plastic treatment that was simple to execute and visually interesting, curved shapes, together with the color palettes of the facades, suggest a moving and playful feel, ensuring the complex stands out from the neighboring buildings.
The complex consists of 112 residential units, distributed into four buildings of eight floors each, in addition to covered and open parking spaces, green areas, leisure and service areas, totaling 9,959.42 square meters in constructed area.
