The partnership between Metroll Obras de Varejo and Logi Retail is reflected on many services provided to large retail chains, such as Banco Santander, Banco Real, Mercadorama, Herbalife, Laboratórios A+, among others.
Service management and the organization of the project and survey teams were crucial to the success of the assignment.
As a branch of this managing company in the state of Paraná, Logi develops services related to surveys, architectural projects, paperwork, report filling and construction inspections, with consistent agility, efficiency and responsibility, which translates into our strict compliance with deadlines and meeting the clients’ expectations.
In the Santander case, Logi was responsible for the adaptation of the bank’s branches to the current accessibility standards. Covering several cities in the state of Paraná, the service consisted in surveying and evaluating the existing conditions, proposing solutions and drawing up executive projects in the short term, complying with the schedule stipulated by the end client.
Because the need to travel between the different cities involved had to be included in the delivery deadlines, service management and the organization of the project and survey teams were crucial to the success of the assignment.
