BIM Technology

BIM (Building Information Modeling) has been increasingly used in the civil construction sector. This is a parametric 3D modeling technology, capable of simulating the building and its construction before the very start of the works, using the model to provide teams with a preview of issues related to the project’s execution, performance, the most rational use of resources and hardware, the interaction between agents, among other aspects, consequently bringing an increase in the final quality and construction management, the reduction of waste, costs and execution times, and a reliable data provision for the planning and maintenance of the systems.

Working with BIM since 2008 and with Revit Architecture Certified Associate members in our team, Logi Architecture is a pioneer in the use of this technology, providing services such as:

• Development of architectural and complementary projects;
• Consulting;
• Planning for the implementation of BIM in civil construction companies.

As a director of CAD-BIM Technological Development of Asbea-PR in the 2012-2014 and 2014-2016 terms, architect Clarisse Petroski has given talks and organized events and actions to increase the use of BIM among professionals and companies.
