Nextel Retail

Large-scale project involving 70 stores in Brazil.

Covering several cities in the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, with a total of 70 points of sale, the challenge of Logi Retail was to carry out the projects of new and existing stores in a short period of time, within the brand’s new concept, involving architecture and the many disciplines of complementary projects.

In order to thoroughly provide the service, combining the time available and the large volume of projects, it was critical to organize work centers and centralize the process management and all the information obtained.

With design guidelines that involved many items and conditions, which meant a large amount of information had to be organized, the communication between client, managing company and team of designers had to be perfect. In order to thoroughly provide the service, combining the time available and the large volume of projects, it was critical to organize work centers and centralize the process management and all the information obtained.

Management actions, from the early stages – such as surveys – to the management of external services, were vital to the success of this assignment. The result was beyond the simple delivery of architectural projects. It was the success story of a large-scale project for the retail industry, combining creative processes, working methods and good management.
