The integration of new activities creates a new concept for this service station.

With a prime location in the city of Ponta Grossa, the Rio Branco service station is a very traditional company in the city. In order to provide an even better service to their customers, the owners wished to renovate the property, aiming to incorporate and offer new activities.

Developing the project with BIM technology allowed the owners to thoroughly comprehend the proposal and the subsequent decision-making.

The partnership with Logi Architecture started off by putting together the program that would guide the new project, from its concept to the preparation of the final project, translated into a distinct proposal, capable of increasing the service capacity of the establishment and generating a higher return for the already renowned quality of their services.

In this context, some aspects were crucial to attain the desired level, such as external and internal flow studies, the appropriate sectorization of areas and the analysis of their best views. These, together with several other factors, guided the development of the project, which pleased current customers and contributed to attracting and retaining new ones.
